PRESS: Radical Futures Featured on Brookings
We recently wrote about our community futures work in Tulsa's historic Greenwood District for the Brookings Institution's Bass Center for Transformative Placemaking. The piece details how we partnered with the Haywood Burns Institute and the Opportunity Accelerator to facilitate a community-led process using radical imagination and speculative design tools. Together with Greenwood residents, we traveled through time—reckoning with historical trauma while envisioning a radically different 2030—to create a blueprint for equitable development grounded in community ownership and self-determination.
